3, 2, 1... CHRISTMAS!

If you were counting down the days now you just have to count down the hours. The first thing on our Christmas Eve agenda is going to mother's parent's house for that side of the family. Then we go to the other grandparent's house to do that side of the family. Then we head back home and set out the cookies for Santa and go to bed. I might see you tomorrow with the bounty, then again, I might not.

All about me

You may be thinking that I am posting about how everyone else's grammar is bad, but what about mine. The irony of this blog is that I usually post with bad grammar the first time, then my mom looks and spots many misspellings and grammar mess ups. Just today, in fact, I said I hoped VERYONE was counting down the days till Christmas. So really, I have no room to gripe, but I'll still do it. Just because I mess up doesn't mean everyone else has to. Merry Christmas!

It's Beginning to Look a lot Like Christmas

Hello everyone! Good day and welcome to the Christmas part of my blog. I hope everyone had a good Thanksgiving dinner. Did you see Pikachu in the Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade? I did. Is your house decorated for Christmas yet? The Christmas Fairy barfed here (in other words, the house is decked out in a bunch of Christmas stuff). We even had stuff out before Halloween. Have a holly jolly Christmas everyone.

I am watching the Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade with the crew at MMC's house waiting for 2 p.m. so I can EAT. Biggest meal since Thailand. Oops! That's another post, anyways. Guter Tag und begrüßt meinen blog. Warum ich sind, auf Deutsch zum Spass dahineilend. Translation, Good day and welcome to my blog. Why am I posting in German? For the fun of it. By reader request I shall gripe about bad grammar some more. Today's topic is me, myself, and I, literally. The other day, me and ponyta went to the barn, WRONG. It may sound nice but it is WRONG. The right way to say it is Ponyta and I went to the barn. That's all I can think of at the moment, but give me what bothers you below in your comments.

After two and a half days at MMC's house, we have gotten much clean and done much. Almost time to head to D.C. while MMC and her husband tries to solve for y... good bye.

Claeaning and D.C.

late Tuesday morning, I am going to Apex with my mom to clean Madam of the Chocolate Cake's house and spend the week. On Saturday, we are going with Madam, her husband and maybe Ponyta to Washington D.C. and take part in the tea party thing. there might be pictures, there might not, but for now... BARN WORK!!

Not Happy

Why am I not happy? I have to go to the dentist. Sure, everyone has to go eventually but I have a kind of irrational fear of the dentist, even thoe I go to Church with our current dentist. I am leaving soon so wish me luck. Good bye.

grammar gripes #1

Today, I am starting a series of posts about grammar mistakes that drive me nuts. First mistake on the agenda, ending your sentences with "at". When people say "Where are you at?" not only do they waste their breath, they also kill the english language. Another thing that ending sentences with at does is make the person sound stupid. That's all for now.

Time to Explain

I guess I should explain the baklava and microwave oven thing under the blog name. One of Ponyta and the Lobster's friends has a back pocket that has a microwave oven, a boat, a fax machine and baklava (I'm not sure how this all originated, but Ponyta will know). So I just put the joke up there because I wanted to and it makes sense to me and the majority all you people how know about this blog (at least now any ways).

I have been having lots of fun even though I have had almost no Internet access. If there are any spelling errors, I am sorry. Angry Bees and Teddy Bears

I read on another blog that two of the new funkeys, nectar and maul, were in the Oni Dojo. So I go to my Game Room to see if those two were in the game, they were, but in the middle of fighting maul, the computer freezes. Will I get enough points to get the gem? Will I lose before I get there? We'll find out next time. Bye!

Rise and shiny

Everyone wants one, I have one. What am I talking about? Read on and find out.

One day, I was playing pokemon diamond and found out that some Absol were swarming. When I got to where the Absol were, lo and behold, I found a shiny Absol (shiny Pokemon are a VERY rare occasion and are very coveted).

You are probably wondering, “Did he catch it?” the answer is yes, it took me maybe five minutes to do so. I continue to look for more shinnies and you should too (if you have any pokemon game).

I am Funkey

Funkey time.

For starters, I have 43 Funkeys (44 if you count the hub), 39 trophies, 37 games in my game room and all the gem shards. I have been playing Funkeys for almost one year and where I have a gap in my collection I have all the other Funkeys that go to that zone. When I get a new Funkey, I don’t rest until I get the game in my game room and the trophy of that game. I am not obsessed with the Funkey trunk though I do enjoy looking at the stuff in there.

How I Started

Pokemon games?

Well, I guess it all started with Pokemon Gold for me. I chose Totodile as my starter (at the beginning of every pokemon game, you can chose from three different Pokemon). It took me, oh, maybe one or two months to beat the game.

Then I got Pokemon Emerald and started with Treecko but my battery died on me before I could save so then I started with Mudkip. Beat that game in maybe three weeks.

Pokemon Diamond was next (that’s odd, gold, emerald, diamond. What’s next pearl?). I started with Turtwig this time and beat the game three weeks again. Pokemon Pearl after that (yes, Pearl) and started with Piplup. I am not entirely sure how much time it took me to beat this one.

Pokemon Ranger was next (Ranger is different from the other games). I can beat this game within 24 hours.

Pokemon XD Gale of Darkness was next and started with Eevee. I beat this game in four or five weeks.

Then I got Pokemon Ranger Shadows of Almia and beat it in two days.

Take the plunge

This is my first post so I should settle into the particulars of bloging soon but The Dude is my name and pokemon, U.B.Funkeys, and Bakugan are the games (I might also post about other video games, movies, books… just about anything on my mind). I am not the kind of Funkey player that will go to the ends of the earth to find normal, rare, and very rare of every single Funkey (if anyone finds that offensive, I am sorry), even though I do hope to get one of each Funkey.

One of my other quests is to become a Pokemon Master and Top Ranger (Pokemon Ranger reference) and still find time to try to become a good Bakugan player. So you can expect to see more about these things in later posts.
